Health and Safety

TPH has a comprehensive health and safety induction programme for all employees covering essential health and safety practice in our industry, including a City & Guilds Manual Handling, Health and Safety in the Workplace and Working at Height Awareness qualification. Following induction, all employees receive a handbook with our Code of Conduct and Health and Safety Policy.

All employees continue to take part in our pro-active in-house training opportunities to develop safe practice and manual handling skills throughout their career with us.

We are a proud member of the PSA and work hard to maintain high standards of health and safety in all our workplaces. The SPA Safety Passport Scheme is available to all our staff and crew.
